TRANSPORTATION
Getting There Guide.
This guide is designed to help connect older adults with a wide range of transportation services in the Denver/Boulder metropolitan area. The Getting There Collaborative is committed to helping older adults live independently and enjoy community life for as long as possible. Transportation services are an important part of maintaining a high quality of life.
RTD (Regional Transportation District)
Trip Planner, System Maps, Schedules and more.
Our mission "To meet our constituents' present and future public transit needs by offering safe, clean, reliable, courteous, accessible and cost-effective service throughout the district."
RTD call-n-Ride
Convenient curb-to-curb service. Designed to supplement existing RTD service and make it easy for commuters, school children, and others to get where they need to go. Uses smaller vehicles that are easy to board and are wheelchair accessible.
RTD Senior Ride
SeniorRide transports seniors to a variety of cultural, educational and entertainment events. seniorRide serves groups of ten or more people. We only offer transportation to the events listed in our calendar.
RTD access-a-Ride
access-a-Ride provides transportation to passengers with disabilities who are unable to use our regular buses and who qualify for certification under the guidelines established by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990

Gilpin/Clear Creek Transportation Program
Through the Gilpin/Clear Creek Transportation Program, senior residents of Gilpin and Clear Creek counties have access to coordinated transportation services. Seniors 60 and older have easier access to/from medical and dental offices and clinics, grocery stores, post office, polling places, funeral services, congregate dining services, and other essential services.
